CGKM Introduction

As a consortium formed in 2019, CGKM aims to establish global cooperation for the cientification of traditional medicines by providing Korean Medicine training to foreign medical professionals, medical schools, and institutions.

The National Institute for Korean Medicine Development coordinates the operation of the CGKM, while Kyunghee University, Pusan National University, Jaseng Medical Academy, and Chungyeon Korean Medicine Hospital participate in the consortium.

The Roles of CGKM

The participating institutions of CGKM provide Korean Medicine Training Program, specifically linical training and policy training, to foreign medical professionals or government workers in traditional medicine. The institutions also deliver pilot courses to faculty and students of foreign medical schools/hospitals, and work in cooperation to set regular KM courses based on MOUs.
