◯ National Institute for Korean Medicine Development (NIKOM) announced that it will host an online international conference on Korean Medicine (KM-2022) for two days on Nov. 1 and Nov. 2 for international participants who are interested in Korean Medicine.

◯ KM-2022 is designed to encourage more people to have an interest and easily participate in the “Overseas Education and Training of Korean Medicine and Foreign Patient Attraction Project” run as a part of the Ministry of Health and Welfare project.

◯ Various health lectures of Korean Medicine professionals such as introduction of Korean Medicine culture and principles and methods for health management by disease will be streamed online during the event.

◯ In the meantime, buyer training for companies sending Chinese patients, B2B business meeting between medical institutes supported by foreign patient attraction support center and Chinese companies sending patients, and business presentations will be carried out.

◯ Participants can also attend seminars on Korean Medicine education and training and Korean Medicine health consultation (online registration in advance) during the period between Nov. 1 and Nov. 8.

◯ NIKOM expects that this event will serve as an opportunity to facilitate exchange among countries after the pandemic.
